Recycled Glass Grit

Leaves an etched / keyed finish for priming.
Glass Grit is commonly used as a cost effective alternative to Soda Blasting. It can be used for the removal of many substances. This is used in many industries, and is well known in the automotive industry for the removal of paint and rust. Once an area is blasted with Glass Grit it leaves you with an ‘etch or keyed’ surface which is ideal for priming.

Bead Blasting

Stainless Steel, to leave a bright satin finish.
Glass Bead Blasting is the process of removing surface deposits by bead. It can be used specifically on Stainless steel, but also on other metals, glass, plastic and rubber. Once applied to a surface it will leave it with a smooth, bright and satin finish without effecting the shape. The finer the media, the smoother the finish. Larger media gives a more textured finish. Bead Blasting is less aggressive than other standard types of blasting.

Soda Blasting

Soda does not etch or damage the surface.
Soda blasting can be used on most surfaces including metal, wood, rubber, fibre glass and polypropylene. It is used in all types of industry especially when refurbishment/restoration is required. Soda is a soft pelletized product which does not etch or damage the surface of the item being blasted.
